The Brenta Group has the advantage of having the manufacturing process (which begins with the design and development of the mould) completed with the injection moulding of the finished plastic component. This translates into a more efficient manufacturing process, allowing us to solve any kind of problem or meet any production requirement with remarkable lead times. The Brenta Group has 35 injection moulding machines that can meet any customer need: from the moulding of single materials to the moulding of multiple materials with rotational moulding machines with two, three or four colours/materials.
The industrial production of the moulded component takes place at our manufacturing plants in Molvena (Vicenza), Rovato (Brescia) and Cd. Juárez (México). Our production departments use injection moulding machines (from 200 to 1800 tons) and work 24h non-stop, 7 days a week.
The injection moulding of plastics, with multi-material rotational system translates into a superior mechanical finish in terms of solidity and elasticity compared to the plastic component, which is an essential factor for the customers who choose to rely on our experience in the field.
The aesthetics of the plastic component has also become a top priority in certain markets.
